Where is everybody? What happened to us? Did I do something wrong? Lets take a look at my wedding party. My guys! My best friends. =) Andy, Kurt, JMAP, Scott, Weir, Troy, Lam, and Luan. JN gets to be on the list because he played piano! =) Troy, Lam, and Luan are family. They’re always gonna be my friends, but I never really hung out with them, so nothing to say about anything there.

Andy Blanco. He’s a good guy. Hard working. He’s had a couple rough years in there, but I think he’s come out of it, slightly scathed and extremely jaded to the housing market! I don’t see him any more. I think once in almost 2 months did we hang out. All he does now (from what I hear) is go to work, and play World of Warcraft. From what I can tell, he spends more time with virtual Lingo than he does with real life Lingo. He was my best friend. I thought we had good times. =\ I don’t really know whats going on there. I want to find out. I tried calling, IM’ing, scheduling dinner, hang-out time etc. … but it’s RAID night =\ and/or he’s got to do laundry for work… cause it’s been forever. Whats going on?

Kurt Franklin. I love this guy. He’s awesome, fun, and cool! =) heheheh Sarcastic bastard that makes fun of everyone, but hey, thats why we like him. He’s Kurt. He also moved to Bakersfield and is trying to get me to move out there with him. Hey I think it’s great that he got a house, a job, and a kid that is freaking awesome. But at this point in my life, Bakersfield is a bust. Not forever…just for now. I actually get to hang out with Kurt quite a bit. Twice this month already! =) The only bummer part is that he’s in Bakersfield, so he’s not really around. I can’t call him to get Taco Tuesday’s on a whim. =\

JMAP. Ditto on the stuff I said about Kurt. Except replace Bakersfield with Japan, house with apartment, and kid with … er… a Wii, wait Kurt has that too…how bout a projector… I’m probably closest to John-Michael right now even though he’s 5509 miles away. We’re similar, but then again..not really. It’s hard to explain. Perhaps kindred spirits is the best descriptor. =\ Eitherway, I’m excited for him to come home next week. I’ll have some one to hang out with.

Scott Atkins. Also a fun guy. We’ve had lots of fun together. But he’s not around either. Replace Japan & Bakersfield with Oregon, I think Portland. He was down a couple weeks ago, and we went to Disneyland. It was fun. But I ended up hanging out with Julieanne and Travis more. =\ Other than that, he’s just not around and we don’t really keep in touch that well.

David Weir. Of all my friends, probably the most genuine. He’s good people! A kind and gentle heart, a big giant teddy bear, in nerd form! =) I’d say he’s hooked on WOW, but that would be a lie. He’ll admit he probably plays more than he should, but surprisingly I think he’s about ready to quit. Dave and I have been hanging out more lately, which is fun. But we don’t really have that much in common outside of video games, and movies. He’s usually really busy with church, wow, work, or some other prior engagements. He’s got a big heart and he’s out giving it to people! =) I’d love to hang out with him more, but we’ve never connected on that level before. He’s an awesome level 3 friend, we’ve just never connected on level 2.

Jon Neal. I was told today that he doesn’t want to be bothered and/or to bother anyone. So just leave him alone. He’s depressed and stressed. A work-a-holic would be scared at how much he works. We used to hang out, but I don’t know whats going on over there. But he refuses to talk and doesn’t want help. I really can’t do anything. I miss having friends to hang out with.

Bonus.

Scott Stare. Another fun guy! =) He would have been in the wedding party but we just had too many. We hung out almost every day for a while. Now it’s just every now and then. He’s got a girlfriend. And more power to him. I’m glad he’s not hanging out with me as much. Eunice is an awesome girl. So we just don’t hang out as much. Which makes sense.

Did I forget someone? I don’t think so. Well… I guess I answered my own question. I know where everyone went. I just wish I could do something about it…. oh well …
